Walmart Integration

About

Welcome to the comprehensive training guide on integrating your Magento 2 e-commerce platform with Walmart Marketplace using the M2E Pro extension. This guide is designed to provide you with a seamless, step-by-step process to expand your online business presence and sales reach.

In the rapidly evolving world of e-commerce, diversifying your sales channels is not just an option but a necessity. With Walmart being one of the largest retail giants in the market, integrating your Magento 2 store with Walmart Marketplace opens a window of opportunity for increased visibility, customer reach, and revenue growth.

This training document is structured to assist you, whether you are a store owner, a Magento developer, or an e-commerce manager, in navigating through the setup and management of the Walmart Marketplace integration. Our goal is to empower you with the knowledge and tools required to efficiently synchronize your product listings, manage orders, and maintain inventory across both platforms.

Step 1

Login to your Magento e-commerce website.

Step 2

Navigate to Walmart integration by clicking it on left sidebar.

Step 3

Obtain client ID and client secret from your Walmart seller account. These access tokens are necessary to move forward. This is the most important step of the set-up process.

Step 4

You will be able to process to step 5 if you access tokens work. In Step 5 set your accounts general settings including your SKU settings, policy settings, and condition settings.

Step 5

Create your first product listing or sync products. Create as many Magento 2 product listings as you need. Products can be added to your Walmart listings manually or automatically. Once a product is listed it will be visible in row format and labeled as listed. You can easily search for products on your Magento 2 store to list at any time.

To add a new listing click Add Listing to add a new product listing. You will be asked to title the listing, choose a seller policy, description policy, and synchronization policy.

Be sure to navigate to Walmart m2e Pro settings and set order synchronization to YES so when you get an order on Walmart it is sent to your Magento account.

Step 6

  1. Regularly monitor your Walmart listings through the M2E Pro dashboard.
  2. Keep an eye on inventory levels, order statuses, and any synchronization issues.
  3. Update the configuration as needed based on performance and changes in Walmart’s policies.
